What exactly does "Urban Stay" mean?

By "Urban Stay" we mean accommodation in a central, well-connected location with a focus on design and functionality. The rooms are modernly furnished, but not necessarily with a fully equipped kitchen or separate living area. Please refer to the respective room description for the exact amenities.

Are breakfast and parking included in the price?

No, breakfast and parking are generally not included in the room price. Both services can be booked in advance or on site. Parking availability is limited – we recommend early reservation. Information on costs can be found on the booking page.

Can I cancel my room free of charge?

Cancellation conditions vary depending on the booked rate. Flexible rates allow free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival. For discounted or non-refundable rates, cancellation is unfortunately not possible. Please check the conditions before completing the booking.

Are the displayed photos binding?

The photos shown on our website are intended to illustrate the character of the room and hotel. They may differ from the actual amenities, especially for room categories with multiple units. We strive for a realistic representation but do not guarantee identical room layout or furnishings.

How does check-in and check-out work?

Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM, check-out until 11:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure can be requested subject to availability for an additional fee. Please inform us of your expected arrival time so we can ensure a smooth process.

Are pets accepted?

Pets are welcome in selected room categories for a fee. Please inform us when booking if you are bringing a pet. We reserve the right to reject the booking if the corresponding category is not available. Stays without prior notification are not permitted.
